Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
- The referral program is open to all existing Influx Services customers.
- Both the referrer and the referred must be at least 18 years old.
2. Referral Reward:
- The referrer will receive a payment of $50 upon the successful completion of the referred party's first job and payment of the invoice.
- The referred party will receive a $50 discount on their first invoice with Influx Services.
3. Referral Process:
- Referrals must be made through the official Influx Services referral form available on our website, or by phone call.
- The referral must include the full name, phone number, and address of both the referrer and the referred party.
4. Payment of Rewards:
- Rewards will be issued to the referrer within 30 days of the referred party’s job completion and payment.
- Rewards can be issued as cash or check, or through electronic transfer as agreed upon with Influx Services.
5. Referred Party Requirements:
- The referred party must be a new customer to Influx Services and must not have previously engaged our services.
- The referred party must mention the referrer's name when booking their first service.
6. Program Changes:
- Influx Services reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes will be posted on the Influx Services website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
7. Miscellaneous:
- Influx Services reserves the right to disqualify any referrals for any reason, especially those that are suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
- Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
